Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier. If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos so we can file a claim.
